How do I buy a Season Pass?

When buying from the Online Store, select the appropriate season ticket(s) in the shopping cart. During the payment phase, write in the Additional information box

  • first and last name of the skier
  • year of birth
  • phone number (for children under 15, the guardian’s phone number is used)

During the opening hours of the slopes, you can also buy a season pass in the Rental Shop cash desk. Even then, we ask the same information about the skier.

Once you’ve paid for the season ticket, you can come directly to the lifts and the slope! The ticket inspector can see the season pass payment from the system by the order number or the payer’s name. A paper receipt is not required.

Season Pass Holder: Pick up the season pass tag – we’ll take a picture!

At some point during your first day of skiing, visit the cash desk of the rental shop.

You get a fabric season pass tag that you can attach, for example, to the zipper of a jacket pocket (quick lock).

There is no need to show the receipt, the payment is checked in the system with the order number or the payer’s name.

At the same time, we will take a photo of you at the cash desk – wearing a helmet. The photo only enters Parra’s own electronic system, where it is visible to the staff.

Digital season passes with photos have gone out of use. The photo in our register is enough.

Ski Pass Checks by the lifts – if you left the tag at home?

During the season, the ticket inspector regularly checks the ski passes by the lifts. They will see from the tag that you have a season pass, but may also ask your name.

The ticket inspector has a register of season passes at their disposal, from which they can also see your photo if necessary.

If it ever happens that you forget the tag at home, don’t worry, your season pass is still valid! When you say your name, the ticket inspector will find you in the register.

For personal use

Remember that only you can ski with your season pass. You cannot lend your season pass tag to someone else.

If you find a dropped tag, bring it to the rental shop. The tag can only be used by skiers who have bought a season pass and whose name is in our register.

If someone who does not have a season ticket uses the tag, it means that they does not have a ski pass. From a person skiing without a ski pass, we charge an inspection fee of 50 euros and, in addition, double the price of the day pass.

If you let someone else use your season pass tag, your season pass can be taken away (Terms and Conditions of Ski Resorts Services)

If your season pass tag goes missing, tell the staff at the rental shop.

Validity and age limits

Season Passes are valid for the whole certain season, at all general opening hours.

Season Passes are not valid at private reservated hours, for example on days booked for school groups.

Skiing is free for under 7-year-old helmet heads with an adult or an older teenager. This also stands for the season passes.

In other words; if an adult has a season pass, under 7-year-old children ski free with them – as long as they’re wearing a helmet!
